No matter how busy it is, everyone drives it at full speed, even while still bumper to bumper. Eveyone takes that one hairpin turn (near Hancock building) at full speed too! Also, at that turn, there are guardrails, but absolutely no shoulder or buffer zone. Yet, I've never seen any accidents there (that's just me though).
